Supplying us with printer–ready artwork will save a lot of time and remove the potential for errors when printing.

File Types For Printing

Generally speaking, the best type of file to print digitally from is a PDF, created using Adobe Acrobat (beware free PDF converters as they can often cause problems).

We accept the following file types for printing:

pdf (PREFERRED), other formats accepted include: doc, docx, txt, jpg, bmp, png, ai, psd, tiff, pub, ppt, eps, xls, csv however most of these formats are often forced to substitute the fonts that you have selected causing the document to not print as it would if it had been created by Adobe Acrobat. We cannot be responsible for the outcome of documents that are not presented to us in the Adobe Acrobat pdf format. Upon request we will convert your document into a pdf format for you to proof. A $10.00 proof charge will apply to all such proofs.
